BRISTOL — As the state legislature considers a bill that would allow public employees to charge $25 an hour to honor right-to-know requests that take more than 10 hours to retrieve, the Newfound Area School Board took up the issue on February 12. Some local residents had asked whether responding to information requests under the state’s Right-To-Know law was taking time away from other duties.
