A multi-county grand jury in Concord, hearing evidence presented through a teleconference by the Belknap County Attorney’s Office, handed up four indictments against Randy B. Laakso, 50, of Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, who allegedly struck a kayaker with his boat on September 26, 2020, on Lake Winnipesaukee.
