CONCORD — A law enacted at the birth of the atomic age has been ignored, according to Keith Ammon (R-New Boston), and he has sponsored House Bill 1465 to update and implement its provisions.
The bill is based on the recommendations of a study committee established in 2022 to look into advanced nuclear energy technologies. The committee produced a 50-page report on the topic.
