Conservation officers and volunteers from the Pemi Valley Search and Rescue Team carried out a 16-year-old camper who sustained a head injury on the Falling Waters Trail in Lincoln on July 4. The girl, part of a group of campers and counselors from Camp Brookwood/Deer Run in Alton, had fallen while navigating a steep, muddy section of the trail on Sunday morning. The LinWood Ambulance carried her to Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth for treatment, according to New Hampshire Fish and Game.
