BRISTOL — Vincent Paul Migliore (R-Bridgewater) posted a 50-vote victory over Joshua Adjutant (D-Bristol) in a special election for the Grafton District 9 representative’s seat, but the race was much closer in Bristol and Grafton. Although only 1,200 ballots were cast among the five towns on Sept. 6, Adjutant said the race was close enough that he will seek a recount.
